Stainless Steel Cut Wire Shot (SSCW) is high‑performance metallic blasting & peening media, manufactured by cutting cold‑drawn stainless steel wire into short cylindrical segments, followed by heat‑treatment and optional conditioning (edge rounding). Available grades: CW (as‑cut sharp edges), CCW (G1 single conditioned), DCCW (G2 double conditioned), SCCW (G3 spherically conditioned). It features compact internal structure without casting porosity or shrinkage cavity, rust‑free performance, zero ferrous contamination for non‑ferrous workpieces, long recyclable service life. Main applications: shot blasting cleaning, deburring, matte finishing and fatigue shot peening for aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, copper, titanium and stainless‑steel components.
