Bearing Steel Grit is premium angular metallic blasting abrasive made of Cr-alloyed steel. It is manufactured by quenching, crushing, tempering and size classification. Its microstructure is fine uniform tempered martensite with carbide grade ＜2. With chromium alloying, it features low breakage rate and long recyclable service life. Sharp angular edges provide strong cutting power and consistent anchor profile to improve coating adhesion. Three hardness grades available: GH (>60HRC), GL (53~60HRC), GP (40~50HRC). Widely used for heavy rust removal, scale stripping, old coating removal and surface preparation for shipbuilding, wind power, steel structures and heavy machinery.
