Steel Cut Wire Shot is metallic blasting media, produced by cutting steel wire (high carbon or low carbon grade) into short cylindrical segments, followed by chamfering and heat treatment. It features dense internal structure without porosity or shrinkage cavity, adjustable hardness, low breakage rate and long service life. High carbon cut wire shot: widely used for shot blasting cleaning, descaling and shot peening strengthening. Low carbon cut wire shot: ultra-high toughness, mainly for fatigue shot peening, less cutting effect on workpiece surface.
